2012 — todayA little about me
Nancy Varthaliti
Qualified Midwife · Certified Breastfeeding Counsellor
I am a midwife, a graduate of the University of West Attica (UNIWA) and Leonteios School of Nea Smyrni, with roots in Syros. I have worked in midwifery since 2012 — for me, this is not simply a profession, but a continuing journey of learning, growth and meaningful connection with women and families.
For three years I worked as an associate midwife, actively participating in births and the daily running of a medical practice. Since 2015, I have worked professionally in infertility and assisted reproduction, while also teaching birth-preparation and breastfeeding classes.
My love of movement led me to Pilates, where I am a certified instructor, and to continuing education through conferences and seminars on exercise and movement during pregnancy and after birth. I am certified in First Aid by Rescue Training, the Hellenic Red Cross and other organisations, and I continue to broaden my knowledge through training programmes and seminars — among other topics, on the effect of music on the fetus, infertility and breastfeeding.
Knowledge is power.

My goal
Beside women and couples, at every stage.
My goal is to be beside women and couples at every stage of this journey — from trying to start a family, through pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding, to the new everyday life with a baby.
Together, we can turn information into knowledge, uncertainty into confidence and anxiety into trust.
Because every family has its own story and deserves to live it with reliable information, meaningful support and care.
Because, ultimately, knowledge is power.
My philosophy
Knowledge is power. The right information creates a sense of safety. And no one should have to walk this journey alone.
By your side, every step of the way.
